Configure the parameters for withdrawal requests (enablement, minimum value, and messages)

This guide explains how to enable and set the minimum parameters and messages displayed to users for credit withdrawal requests in the Customer Area.

Procedure

1. Access the plugin settings section (usually under the Customer Area tab).

2. Locate the Withdrawal Requests section.

3. To enable the feature, check the box next to Enable withdrawal request.

4. In the Minimum required amount field, enter the minimum amount a customer must reach to submit a withdrawal request.

5. In the Value not reached message field (marked in red), enter the text that will be shown to the user when their balance does not meet the minimum required value.

  • Tip: You can use the shortcode {min-value} to automatically display the minimum required value.

6. In the Value reached message field (marked in green), enter the text that will be shown to the user when their balance is sufficient to request a withdrawal.

7. Save the settings to apply changes. (The save action varies depending on the system in use).
