This guide explains how to enable the Balance section in your clients' reserved area and how to customize messages related to credits and withdrawal requests.
General Configuration of the Balance Section
1. Access the Settings section of the Balance module.
2. Locate the Client Area tab.
3. In the main section, check the box next to Show section in client area to make the balance page visible to your users.
Customizing Introductory Messages
After enabling the section, you can customize the text that appears above the client's transaction history:
1. Scroll down to the Messages box.
2. In the Introductory text field, enter the message you want to show clients when they open the Balance section.
Configuration of Withdrawal Requests
This section allows clients to request withdrawal of accumulated credits.
1. Scroll down to the Withdrawal Requests box.
2. To enable this feature, check the box next to Enable withdrawal request.
- Note: Enabling this option will make the following fields visible.
Defining the Minimum Value
1. In the Minimum required value field, enter the minimum amount a client must reach to be able to make a withdrawal request.
Customizing Withdrawal Messages
You can customize messages that appear based on the client's balance:
1. In the Value not reached message field (marked in red), enter the text that will be shown if the client has not reached the minimum required value for withdrawal.
- Available shortcode: You can use
{min-value}to automatically display the configured minimum value.
2. In the Value reached message field (marked in green), enter the text that will be shown if the client can request a withdrawal.
- Available shortcode: You can use
{min-value}to automatically display the configured minimum value.
Once you have completed your changes, make sure to save the module settings.
