This guide explains how to enable the feature that allows your customers to use their credit balance as a direct discount during the checkout process.
Procedure
1. Access the Customer Balance module settings.
2. Go to the Conversion to Discount tab.
3. In the main section, check the box next to Enable payment with balance at checkout.
Once the feature is enabled, proceed to configure the messages that will appear to customers in the cart:

1. In the Messages in checkout section, locate the Available Discount Message field.
2. Enter the text you want to show to the customer when they have an available balance to convert into a discount.
- Tip: You can use the shortcode {balance} to display the customer's total balance and {balance-value} to show the maximum discount value applicable to the current order.
2. Configuring the Apply Button
1. In the 'Apply Discount' Button Text field, enter the text that will appear on the button customers must click to apply their credit.
- Example:
Use my creditsorApply Balance.
2. In the Button Style field, choose the graphical appearance of the button (e.g., primary, success, danger, etc.).
Note: Remember to always save any changes made to the plugin settings.
