Add a new transaction (Credit or Debit) to the balance of a specific customer

This guide explains how to manually assign a credit (accredit) or a debit (charge) to a specific customer's balance within the management panel.

Procedure

1. Access the management tab of the customer whose balance you want to modify.

2. Navigate to the section (tab) called Bilancio (icon: <i class="fas fa-money-bill-alt"></i>).

3. Click on the Nuova operazione button located at the top right to open the entry modal window.

4. In the "Aggiungi operazione" window, fill in the following fields:

  • Tipologia: Select the type of transaction.
  • Choose Credito Cliente to increase the customer's balance.
  • Choose Debito Cliente to decrease the customer's balance.
  • Valore: Enter the numeric amount of the transaction. Always enter a positive value (e.g., 10.00). The system will automatically handle whether it is a debit or credit based on the selected Tipologia.
  • Note: Enter a brief description or note explaining the reason for this transaction (e.g., "Welcome bonus" or "Charge for service X").

5. While editing the fields, check the preview under the label Nuovo Bilancio to see how the customer's total balance will change.

6. When finished, click on the Aggiungi button to save the transaction and update the customer's balance.

7. The new transaction will immediately appear in the table below "Lista movimenti".
