This guide explains how to request the withdrawal of credits accumulated in your balance.
1. Update Payment Details
Before you can request a withdrawal, you must ensure that your payment details (where you will receive the amount) are up to date.
1. Log in to the Account or Payment Details section of your Reserved Area.
2. Locate the section titled Payment Details.
3. Fill in the fields with the requested information (not all fields are mandatory, but at least one must be provided for payment):
- IBAN
- Bank
- PayPal (email address)
4. Click the Update Payment Details button to save the information.
You will receive a confirmation notification of the save.
2. Request Credit Withdrawal
This procedure allows you to submit a formal request to cash out the credits available in your balance.
> Note: The withdrawal request is only possible if your current balance is equal to or exceeds the minimum value set by the system (indicated in the Request Payment section).
1. Access the My Credits (or Balance) section in your Reserved Area.
2. Check your current balance, shown under the title "My Credits:".
3. If your balance is sufficient, locate the block titled Request Payment.
4. In the input field (with placeholder 0.0), enter the exact amount you wish to withdraw.
- Attention: The entered amount must be equal to or greater than the minimum withdrawal amount.
5. Click on the Request button.
Request Outcome
After clicking Request, the system will process your request:
- If successful: A confirmation window will appear indicating that your request has been received correctly. The page will reload and the requested amount will appear as Withdrawal in progress.
- If an error occurs: If the amount is less than the required minimum or if your balance is insufficient, you will receive an error message on screen (e.g., "Insufficient funds" or "Request too small"). You will need to correct the amount and try again.
