This guide explains how to define a dedicated price and manage the visibility of a product for business customers (B2B).
1. Global B2B Configuration (Defining who is a Company)
Before setting prices on individual products, you need to define which customers will be considered B2B and can access such prices.
Procedure:
1. Log in to the administration area and go to the Settings (or Plugin) section.
2. Click on the B2B / B2C plugin.
3. Look for the option Enable only for subscribers of the following list.
4. Select the desired option:
- Select Apply to all VAT numbers to recognize as B2B any customer registered with a Partita IVA.
- Select a specific list if you want to limit access to B2B prices only to business customers subscribed to that marketing list.
5. Click Save (or equivalent settings save button).
2. Setting the Price and Visibility of the Product
This section allows you to define the price and B2B/B2C visibility for a specific product.
Procedure:
1. Access the edit area of the desired product.
2. Find and click on the tab named B2B / B2C.
3. In the field labeled Prezzo B2B, enter the numeric value (without currency symbol) you wish to apply to business customers.
- Note: If this field is left empty, the standard product price will be applied.
4. Manage product visibility using the following options:
- Visibilità B2B: Check the box Show to companies to make the product visible to B2B customers.
- Visibilità B2C: Check the box Show to private customers to make the product visible to B2C customers.
5. Once changes are complete, click on the product save button (usually Save or Save changes).
