This guide explains how to configure a product to make it visible or hidden specifically to B2B (business) and B2C (individual) customers, and how to set a dedicated price for the B2B channel.
1. Global B2B Configuration (User Definition)
Before configuring the visibility of individual products, you can define which registered customers with VAT numbers the B2B rules apply to.
Procedure:
1. Access the Settings section and open the B2B / B2C plugin settings.
2. In the General tab, locate the option Enable only for subscribers of the following list.
3. Select one of the following options from the dropdown menu:
- Apply to all VAT numbers: B2B rules apply to all registered customers who have entered a valid VAT number.
- Name of a specific list: B2B rules apply only to customers with VAT numbers who are also subscribed to the selected marketing list.
4. Click the save button (usually Save or Save changes) to apply the configuration.
2. Managing Visibility and Price per Product
These settings allow controlling the display and cost of an individual product for different customer types.
Procedure:
1. Go to the Products section in the control panel and open the product you want to modify.
2. Click on the B2B / B2C tab (identified by the euro symbol icon: <i class="fas fa-euro-sign"></i>).
3. Configure the following options:

| Prezzo B2B | Enter the specific price that will be applied to this product when viewed by a B2B user. |
| Visibilità B2B | Check the box Mostra alle aziende to make the product visible to B2B customers. If unchecked, the product will be hidden from B2B users. |
| Visibilità B2C | Check the box Mostra ai privati to make the product visible to B2C (individual) customers. If unchecked, the product will be hidden from B2C users. |
4. After setting the desired visibility and price, click the Save button to apply changes to the product.
