Set the start date from which to begin automatic reminders

This procedure allows you to define the exact day from which the system will begin to check and send automatic payment reminders for a specific order.

Procedure

1. Open the order for which you want to set up the reminder schedule.

2. Go to the Reminder tab.

3. Make sure the feature is enabled by checking the box Schedule automatic reminder sending.

  • Note: If the order is already paid, it will not be possible to activate reminders.

4. Scroll down to the Sending Schedule section.

5. In the right panel, locate the field labeled Starting from.

6. Click on the date field to open the calendar.

7. Select the desired date. The system will start sending automatic reminders only from this date onward.

8. Save the changes to the order to apply the new start date.
