Why do it:
This procedure defines when and how often the system will automatically send payment reminders related to the current order.
Procedure:
1. Access the tab or section dedicated to automatic reminders within the order details.
2. Click the checkbox to activate the feature, labeled Programma invio sollecito automatico.
- Note: If the order is already paid, this option will not be available.
3. Once activated, the Programmazione invio section will open.
4. Within this section, use the graphical interface to define the time and frequency for sending the reminder (this interface manages automatic scheduling).
5. In the field labeled A partire da, select the date you want the automatic sending of reminders to start.
6. If necessary, customize the message content in the Personalizzazione section below.
7. After completing your changes, make sure to save the order details to apply the schedule.
