This procedure allows you to deactivate the automatic sending of payment reminders previously configured for a specific order.
Procedure
1. Open the order (Sale) details for which you want to cancel the automatic reminder.
2. Within the order detail page, navigate to the tab titled Sollecito (identified by the clock icon <i class="far fa-clock"></i>).
3. Locate the checkbox labeled Programma invio sollecito automatico.
4. Uncheck this box.
- Note: When unchecked, the scheduling fields (such as Programmazione invio and A partire da) will disappear, indicating that the reminder is deactivated.
5. Click on the main save button of the order to apply the change.
The automatic reminder for this order is now canceled and no further communications will be sent.
