Why do it:
To assign responsibility for publishing the content to a specific operator.
Procedure:
1. On the operator selection screen, locate the list of available operators.
2. Click on the name of the operator you want to assign to the publication.
3. If it is not necessary to assign a specific operator, click the Anyone button (if available).
After selecting the operator, the system will automatically proceed to the next step (date selection).
(Note: If only one operator is available for the selected event, this step is skipped automatically.)
