This procedure allows you to open and edit the details (such as date, time, and content) of a scheduled post directly from the editorial calendar.
Procedure
1. Access the Editorial Calendar (usually from the Dashboard or the side menu).
2. Locate the post you want to edit and click on the corresponding event in the calendar.
3. A modal window titled Edit Post will open.
4. Inside the window, you can modify the main details of the post:
- Title: Edit the post title.
- Date and Time: Click on the date field to select a new publication date and time.
5. Use the tabs or next steps (identified as platform-group in the system) to review and edit content specific to each social platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
6. Once you have completed your changes:
- To save changes and reschedule the post, click the Insert button.
- To permanently delete the scheduled post, click the Delete button.
- To close the window without saving, click the Cancel button.
7. After clicking Insert, you will receive a notification confirming that "The publication has been scheduled successfully." The event will be automatically updated in the calendar.
