This guide explains how to manage the synchronization status of products between your Framework360 catalog and Amazon, enabling or disabling their publication.
Enable the publication of a product on Amazon
To send a product to the Amazon catalog:
1. Access the Products section (for example, E-commerce -> Prodotti).
2. Locate the product you want to publish.
3. In the Amazon column, check that the current status is Non inviato.
4. Click on the action icon (usually three dots or a gear-shaped icon) related to the product.
5. Click on the Invia al catalogo action.
Once synchronization is complete, the product's status in the Amazon column will change to Sincronizzato.
Disable the publication of a product on Amazon
To remove a previously synchronized product from the Amazon catalog:
1. Access the Products section (for example, E-commerce -> Prodotti).
2. Locate the product you want to disable.
3. In the Amazon column, check that the current status is Sincronizzato.
4. Click on the action icon (usually three dots or a gear-shaped icon) related to the product.
5. Click on the Rimuovi dal catalogo action.
Once completed, the product's status in the Amazon column will revert to Non inviato.
