Amazon Marketplace Integration (MWS)

Configuration, Order Import, Product Synchronization, Master Data Management, Publication Status, Sales Policies

Description: Connect your Amazon Seller Central account with Framework360 to automate order management, product synchronization, and customer data updates.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

By using the Amazon integration, you can centralize the management of your e-commerce, reducing manual work and ensuring that data is always up to date.

  • Order import: Automatically receive all Amazon orders within the Framework360 billing and order management system.
  • Customer management: Automatically create or update your customers' profiles with shipping and billing information provided by Amazon.
  • Product synchronization: Link products from your Framework360 catalog to your Amazon listings to keep prices and availability aligned.

Main features

1. Setup and authentication

The integration requires manually entering two access keys provided by Amazon Seller Central.

  • MWS Authorization Token: A unique code that authorizes Framework360 to access your Amazon account data.
  • Seller ID: Your unique identifier as a seller on Amazon.

2. Order management

When a customer makes a purchase on Amazon, the order is replicated in Framework360.

  • Complete order details: Data related to purchased products (via SKU), quantities, prices, taxes, and applied promotional discounts are imported.
  • Shipping and billing data: Customer information (name, email, shipping address) and tax details (such as company name and VAT number) are used to create or update the customer profile in Framework360.
  • Cart creation: The imported order is reconstructed as a cart compatible with the Framework360 billing system.

3. Product and catalog management

You can manage the publication status of your e-commerce catalog products directly on Amazon.

  • Synchronization status: Within each product’s edit tab, there is a dedicated Amazon section showing the synchronization status:
  • Not sent: The product is not yet present or has been removed from the Amazon catalog.
  • Synchronized: The product is published and aligned with Amazon.
  • In progress: The system is processing the publication or update request.
  • Direct actions: From the product tab you can perform immediate actions such as:
  • Publish the product on Amazon.
  • Update product details (revision).
  • Delete the product from the Amazon catalog.
  • Sales settings: You can define specific parameters for selling on Amazon, such as maximum shipping time and refund options (return policy and timing).

How to configure

Initial configuration takes place in two phases: authorization (key request) and automation settings.

1. Authorization (pre-flight screen)

1. During installation, you will be asked to enter your MWS Authorization Token and your Seller ID.

2. To obtain the MWS Authorization Token, follow the instructions provided on the configuration screen, which will guide you on how to authorize developer Framework360 (Developer ID: 525679035988) within your Amazon Seller Central.

3. After entering the keys, the integration will be active.

Automatic integrations

Automatic order synchronization

The system uses scheduled automatic operations to periodically query Amazon and check for new orders or status updates for existing orders.

  • Benefit: Ensures that accounting and logistics in Framework360 are always aligned with sales on Amazon.

Automatic data mapping

When an order is imported, the system automatically performs:

1. Linking the Amazon customer to an existing customer in Framework360 (or creating a new customer).

2. Linking purchased items to products present in your e-commerce catalog.
