This procedure allows you to define a group of users (sponsors) who will automatically receive new clients registering without entering an affiliate code, distributing them in rotation.
Procedure
1. Access the Affiliation module Settings (usually accessible from Clients > Affiliation Settings).
2. Go to the Registration tab.
3. Locate the Auto-assignment section.
4. Make sure you have checked the box next to Enable automatic assignment.
5. In the Assignment criterion field, select the option Rotate among selected.
6. Below, in the Select users to rotate field:
- Click on the field and start typing the name or email of the user you want to include in the rotation (the field will show the hint "Search sponsors...").
- Select the desired user from the results.
- Repeat this step to add all users who should participate in the rotation.
7. Save changes to activate the rotation.
