Why do it:
This procedure allows you to manually assign or modify the affiliate code of a specific customer directly from the management panel, bypassing the automatic generation rules.
Procedure: Manual modification of the affiliate code (Backend)
1. Access the Customer Management area of the administration panel and select the desired customer.
2. Once the customer's tab is open, click on the Affiliation tab.
3. Locate the "Customer Affiliation" section.
4. In the Affiliate Code field, enter the new code you want to assign to the customer.
- Note: If you leave this field empty, the system will automatically generate a code upon saving (as indicated by the text: Leave empty to generate automatically).
5. (Optional) If you need to change who sponsored this customer, use the Sponsored by field to select the new sponsor.
6. Click on the save button (usually Save Changes or Update) to apply the new code.
