This guide explains how to customize the welcome text and the description of affiliate links displayed to users in their control panel (Client Area).
Procedure
1. Log in to the administration panel (backend).
2. Navigate to the Affiliation module settings.
3. Click on the Client Area tab.
4. Scroll down to find the section titled Messages.
1. Edit the Introductory Text
1. In the Introductory Text field, modify the content using the text editor. This text will appear as an opening message on the user's affiliation page.
2. Edit the Link Description
1. In the Affiliate Links field, enter or modify the text that describes how the client can use their code.
- Note: You can use the shortcode
{code}in this field to automatically display the user's affiliate code.
5. After completing your changes, click the save button (usually Save Changes or Update) to apply the new settings.
