Enable custom affiliate benefits for a client (backend)

Why do it:

This procedure allows you to set specific affiliate rewards or commissions for a single customer, overriding the system's general rules.


Procedure

1. Access the Customer Tab

  • In the control panel, navigate to the customer management section.
  • Search for and select the customer for whom you want to customize benefits.

2. Open the Affiliation Tab

  • Within the customer's tab, click on the Affiliation tab.

3. Enable Custom Benefits

  • Scroll down until you find the checkbox.
  • Check the box next to Set custom benefits for the customer.
  • The Custom Benefits panel will appear.

4. Configure Goals

  • Inside the Custom Benefits panel, you will see available goals (e.g., Site Registration, Product Sale).
  • For the goal you want to customize, click the Activate button (if not already active).
  • Clicking on the goal will open configuration options.

5. Define Rewards for the Sponsor

  • Within the goal configuration, locate the reward assignment sections.
  • To Assign Points:
  • Under the label Points Assignment, enter the numerical value in the field.
  • Select the mode: Fixed (absolute value) or % purchase (percentage of sale value).
  • (Optional) Enter a note in Assignment Notes.
  • To Assign Credits (Euro):
  • Under the label Credits Assignment, enter the euro amount in the field.
  • Select the mode: Fixed or % purchase.
  • (Optional) Enter a note in Assignment Notes.

6. Configure Multiple Levels (Optional)

  • If the system supports multiple levels (e.g., 2nd level, 3rd level):
  • Check the box Enable {level} level.
  • In the field Value to assign at {level} level, enter the numerical value.
  • Select the mode (Fixed or % purchase).
  • (Credits only) You can set a Custom beneficiary at {level} level by selecting another customer as beneficiary for that specific level.

7. Save Changes

  • Once configurations are complete, make sure to save the customer tab to apply custom benefits.
