This guide shows you how to set up the rewards that will be assigned to second-level (and subsequent) affiliates when a sponsored user completes a goal.
Configuring Benefits for Secondary Affiliate Levels (Admin)
Why do it: To reward indirect sponsors (i.e., users who invited the primary sponsor) when a customer completes a specific action (e.g., a purchase).
Procedure
1. Log in to the admin panel and navigate to the Affiliation module settings.
2. Click on the Generali tab.
3. Locate the goal for which you want to configure secondary benefits (e.g., Vendita di un prodotto).
4. If the goal is not active, click Attiva.
5. Within the goal, scroll down to the Sponsor Rewards section.
6. Choose the type of benefit to configure:
- Select the Assegnazione punti section (if the Punti plugin is active).
- Or select the Assegnazione crediti section (if the Bilancio clienti plugin is active).
7. Scroll down to find the secondary levels settings (from level 2 onwards).
8. To configure the benefit for the second level:
a. Find the block titled 2° livello.
b. Check the box next to Abilita 2° livello.
c. In the field below, set the Valore da assegnare al 2° livello.
d. If configuring credits, you can optionally define a Beneficiario personalizzato al 2° livello (selecting a specific user who will receive the reward).
9. Repeat step 8 for all subsequent levels (up to 7° livello) for which you wish to assign a benefit.
10. Once configuration is complete, make sure to save your changes.
