This procedure allows you to direct the affiliate commissions generated from the sale of a specific product or service to a single customer (the "Custom Beneficiary"), ignoring the affiliate who actually brought the customer to purchase.
Procedure
1. Log in to the admin panel and navigate to the product or service management section (e.g., Ecommerce Products, Events, or Subscription Plans).
2. Click on the product/service you want to modify.
3. Within the product/service edit page, find and click on the Affiliation tab.
4. In the Affiliation section, locate the field labeled Custom Beneficiary.
5. Click on the field and use the search function to select the customer who will receive the benefits (points or credits) resulting from the sale of this specific item.
- Note: This customer will become the primary beneficiary for commissions generated by this product/service, regardless of the affiliate code used by the purchaser.
6. After selecting the beneficiary, click the Save (or Update) button to apply changes to the product/service.
