This procedure allows you to define an extra cost to apply to the product when a user selects a specific advanced attribute.
Procedure
1. Access the Advanced Attributes management section and locate the attribute you want to modify.
2. In the attribute settings block, look for the Price Variation field.
3. Select the desired type of price variation:
- Not present: The attribute does not add any cost to the product.
- Multiplied by quantity: The specified additional price will be multiplied by the quantity of product purchased.
- One-time: The specified additional price will be applied only once, regardless of the quantity of product purchased.
4. After selecting an option other than "Not present," the Additional Price field will automatically appear.
5. Enter the numeric amount of the extra cost in the Additional Price field.
6. Save changes to make the additional price effective.
> Note: The currency symbol (<?= FW360CURRENCYSYMBOL; ?>) is displayed next to the Additional Price field to indicate the unit of measurement for the cost.
