Checkboxes allow you to quickly enable or disable a single option, acting like an ON/OFF switch.
Procedure
1. Locate the option you want to select or deselect (for example, the Make mandatory or Apply to all products option).
2. Next to the option name, you will find a small box (the checkbox).
3. To select (activate) the option: Click on the box. A checkmark (√) or another visual indicator will appear. The option is now active.
4. To deselect (deactivate) the option: If the box is already checked, click on it again. The checkmark will disappear and the box will be empty. The option is now inactive.
5. If you are on a settings page, make sure to click the save button (if present) to apply the changes.
