Why do it:
This profile automatically applies high contrast and increases text size to improve readability and navigation for users with visual impairments.
Procedure
1. Locate and click on the accessibility icon (a stylized person) on the side of the screen. The icon is titled "Apri pannello accessibilità."
2. The toolbar titled Accessibilità will open.
3. In the first section, titled Profili di accessibilità, find the entry Per ipovedenti.
- Profile description: Increases contrast and text size.
4. Click on the Per ipovedenti entry to activate the profile.
- When the profile is active, you will see the switch (slider) next to the title move and the entry will be highlighted.
5. To deactivate the profile and return to default settings, click again on the Per ipovedenti entry.
> Note: If you activate another accessibility profile (for example, "Sicuro per epilessia"), the "Per ipovedenti" profile will be automatically deactivated, as multiple profiles cannot be active simultaneously.
