This guide shows you how to access and view the data collected for the Goal Tracking objectives you have configured for your projects.
Viewing the Tracked Goals Report
The report is available within the editing screen of an existing tracking project.
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the list of tracking projects
- Navigate to the section of the system dedicated to "Tracking".
- You should see a table listing your projects, containing the columns:
Project Name,Website,Goals, andStatus.
2. Open the desired project
- Click on the Edit icon (or on the project name) to open the project whose data you want to view.
3. Go to the Report section
- Once the project is open, navigate through the tabs (or wizard steps) until you reach the last section, which comes after the Goals tab.
- This section contains the summary table of the report.
4. Analyze the event summary
- The first table you see shows a summary of the goals (events) that have been triggered on your website.
- The main columns include:
- Event Name (Based on the name you gave to the goal).
- Total Events (The number of times the goal was reached).
- Last Event (The date and time when the goal was last reached).
5. View details of a specific event
- To see who, how, and when a specific goal was reached, click on the Eye icon (
) in the final column of that event’s row.
6. Examine the detail table
- A modal window (or a new section) will open containing a detailed table of the selected event. This table shows every single occurrence of the goal being reached, with the following information:
- ID: The unique identifier of the event.
- Value: Any values associated with the event (e.g., conversion value, if configured).
