This guide shows you how to configure your tracking project to make it operational on one or more websites external to the main system.
Specify the list of enabled external domains
Follow these steps to enable tracking on domains that are not part of your standard configuration (such as external sites, landing pages on other hosting, etc.).
Prerequisites
Make sure you are on the edit or create screen of the tracking project.
Step-by-step procedure
1. In the Project Data section, locate the Enabled Domains field.
2. Click on the dropdown menu and select the option: Insert an external domain.
- Note: Selecting this option will display a new section dedicated to manually entering domains.
3. Scroll down until you see the section titled Domains.
4. In the List of enabled domains field, enter the complete list of external domains where you want tracking to be active.
- Important: If you need to enter multiple domains, separate them with a comma (for example:
miositoesterno.com, altra-landing.net, terzo-dominio.co).
5. After entering the domains, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button to apply the changes.
Once saved, the system will automatically enable the tracking code for the specified domains.
> Remember: To use Tracking functions on an external website, you must include the Integration code in that site's source code. If you haven't done so yet, you will find a direct link to the Integration Code under the Domains section.
