This guide shows you how to enter or update the name of an existing or newly created tracking project.
Non-technical users: The project name is mandatory and is the label you will see in the main project list.
Step-by-Step Procedure
Follow these steps to enter or edit your project's name:
1. Access Project Editing
- From the main project list, click on the project you want to edit or create a New Project.
2. View Project Data
- Once the editing screen is open, make sure you are in the first section titled Project Data.
3. Locate the Name Field
- Look for the text field labeled Project Name*.
4. Enter or Edit the Name
- Click inside the field and type the name you want to assign to the project.
5. Save Changes
- Click on the save button (usually "Save" or "Done") at the bottom of the page or control panel to confirm and apply the new name.
The project name is now updated.
