How to proceed with payment to activate or renew a subscription

This guide explains how to select a new subscription, activate a free one, or proceed with payment to renew an existing subscription.


Activation and Payment Procedure

1. View Available Plans: Scroll the page to view the different subscription plans available, presented in boxes called "pricing-table".

  • If a plan is marked with the ACTIVE badge, it is the plan you are currently using.
  • If a plan is marked with the RECOMMENDED badge, it is the recommended plan.

2. Check Price Details (Optional): If the plan is paid, you can view a breakdown of costs (including any discounts or calculations for remaining days).

  • Click on the Price details link inside the plan box.
  • In the window that opens, click OK to close it.

3. Select the Subscription: Click on the large button located at the bottom of the chosen plan box. The button text varies depending on your subscription status (e.g., "Activate", "Renew", etc.).

4. Complete Activation or Payment:

  • If you chose a FREE plan (or Free Trial):
  • Activation will be immediate.
  • A confirmation window titled Free trial activated will appear.
  • Click the Enter environment button to start using the services.
  • If you chose a PAID plan:
  • You will be automatically redirected to the payment page (Payway).
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to enter payment details and complete the purchase.

Automatic Renewal Management

If you already have an active subscription with automatic renewal, you will see a notice at the top of the page:

> "You have activated automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew on [date]."

If you wish to deactivate this option:

1. Click on the Deactivate automatic renewal link in the notice.

2. A confirmation will appear indicating that automatic renewal has been successfully deactivated.

3. Click OK to reload the page.
