This guide shows you how to stop the automatic renewal of your subscription.
Procedure
1. Access the subscription management section.
2. Locate the green notification box confirming the activation of automatic renewal. This box contains the message: "You have activated automatic renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew on [Expiration Date]."
3. Within this box, click on the Disable automatic renewal link.
4. Wait for confirmation. A message will appear stating: "Automatic renewal has been successfully disabled."
5. Click the confirmation button (usually OK or Close) to reload the page.
Once the page reloads, automatic renewal will be disabled. Your subscription will remain active until the previously set expiration date.
