This guide explains how to hide warning messages that temporarily appear on the subscription management screen (for example, warnings related to a blocked downgrade or an unnecessary renewal).
Why do it:
These warnings are temporary and can be removed from the screen once read.
Procedure:
1. Locate the warning message you want to close. These warnings are usually displayed in yellow boxes (class alert alert-warning) and may contain texts such as:
- "You still have subscription days left to use. Enjoy your remaining subscription days and, if you wish, come back when your subscription has expired to downgrade."
- "This subscription is already active on your account and does not have an expiration date. Your current subscription does not need to be renewed."
2. Click anywhere inside the warning message box with your mouse.
3. The warning message will disappear (fade out) from the screen.
