Specify the recipients for sending the report

This guide explains how to define who will receive the report via email, both for an immediate send and for a scheduled notification.

Prerequisite: You must have configured and saved the report you want to send.


Specify Recipients

Once the configuration window for sending (or scheduling) the report is open, follow these steps to specify the recipients:

1. Locate the section labeled Who should receive the report?.

2. In the text field below (identified as subscription_recipients), enter the email addresses of the recipients.

  • Note: If you need to enter multiple addresses, separate them using a comma (e.g., user1@example.com, user2@example.com).

3. If you wish, use the Do you want to attach a message to the email? section to enter a personalized text that will accompany the report.

Schedule Sending (Optional)

If you are creating a new notification and want to schedule sending instead of sending immediately:

1. Check the box Schedule send.

2. A panel will open to define the sending frequency (daily, weekly, etc.).

Complete the Operation

After specifying the recipients and configuring any scheduling:

  • If you are creating a new send or a new schedule, click on the confirmation button (for example, "Save" or "Send") to activate the notification.
  • If you are editing an existing notification, click on the confirmation button to save changes.

Manage Existing Notifications

If you are viewing an active notification and want to remove it:

1. Scroll to the bottom of the configuration window.

2. Click on the Delete notification button to remove the scheduled notification.
