Guide: Selecting the Sorting Criterion and Direction of Results
This guide shows you how to set the sorting of the results displayed in the report table.
1. After selecting the data source and the type of report, scroll down to the Filters and Sorting section.
2. Locate the sorting configuration section, which is found under the label Sorting.
3. Click on the first dropdown menu, labeled Sorting, and select the field (criterion) by which you want to sort the results (for example, date, name, etc.).
4. Right next to it, in the second dropdown menu (Sorting Direction), choose the direction in which the results should be displayed:
- Select Descending to sort results from highest to lowest value (or Z-A).
- Select Ascending to sort results from lowest to highest value (or A-Z).
5. The report will automatically update to apply the new sorting criterion and direction.
