This guide explains how to manage the data used for calculations (metrics) within your report. These data are listed in the Data to calculate section of the configuration panel.
1. Remove a Data to Calculate (Metric)
If you want to delete a specific metric from your report:
1. Make sure you are in the Configuration panel (visible after selecting a data source).
2. Locate the section titled Data to calculate (Values / Y Axis).
3. Find the "chip" (the gray box) corresponding to the data you want to remove.
4. Click on the X icon (fa fa-times) located at the far right of the data name.
5. The data will be immediately removed from the configuration and the report will automatically update in the preview section.
2. Reorder Data to Calculate (Metrics)
The order in which metrics are listed can affect how the chart and table are displayed (for example, column order).
1. Make sure you are in the Configuration panel.
2. Locate the Data to calculate section.
3. Click and hold on the data (the gray "chip") that you want to move.
4. Drag the data up or down, placing it in the desired new sequence.
5. Release the mouse.
The new order will be applied immediately and the report will be recalculated and updated.
