This guide describes how to configure the automatic and periodic sending of a configured report, assuming you have already created or uploaded the desired report and are accessing the scheduling window (Subscriptions/Notifications).
Schedule Periodic Report Sending
Follow these steps to set up the report scheduling:
1. Define Recipients
In the text field labeled Who should receive the report?, enter the email addresses of the recipients who will receive the report. If you need to enter multiple addresses, separate them with a comma.
2. Attach a Message (Optional)
In the field Do you want to attach a message to the email?, you can write a short text that will be included in the body of the notification email.
3. Enable Scheduling
Check the box Schedule sending. This will make the scheduling options visible.
4. Configure Sending Frequency
Once scheduling is enabled, use the panel below to define the desired frequency and time for sending (for example: daily, every Monday, on the first of the month, etc.).
Note: If you are editing an existing notification, the scheduling panel is already visible.
5. Save the Schedule
Click on the save button (usually "Save" or "Confirm") to activate automatic sending of the report according to the set frequency.
Manage an Existing Notification
If you are editing an active notification, you can:
- Update details: Modify recipients or message and save to apply changes.
- Delete notification: Click on the Delete notification button found in the red alert at the bottom of the panel to stop periodic sending of the report.
Immediate Sending (Without Scheduling)
If you want to send the report immediately without scheduling periodic sending:
1. Fill in the fields Who should receive the report? and Do you want to attach a message to the email? (Optional).
2. Make sure that the box Schedule sending is not checked.
3. Save the configuration. The report will be sent once only to the specified recipients.
