Enter the recipients for sending a report

This guide explains how to define the email addresses that will periodically receive the configured report.

To schedule the automatic sending of a report and specify the recipients, follow these steps:

1. Access the sending configuration

After saving the report, access the scheduling (or notification) feature of the report you want to send.

2. Enable Scheduling (if necessary)

If you are creating a new notification, locate the option:

  • Check the box next to Programma invio.

3. Enter Recipients

Locate the field labeled Chi deve ricevere il report?.

  • Enter the email addresses of the recipients in this field.
  • If you need to enter multiple addresses, separate them with a comma (e.g., utente1@esempio.com, utente2@esempio.com).

4. Add a Message (Optional)

If you want to attach specific text to the email containing the report:

  • Use the field labeled Vuoi allegare un messaggio all'email? to type your message.

5. Define Scheduling

Complete the configuration by defining the frequency and time for sending the report (for example, daily, weekly, or monthly).

6. Save the Notification

Click on the save or confirm button to activate scheduling of sending to the specified recipients.
