Delete a scheduled report notification

This guide will walk you step by step through deleting a notification (or "subscription") of a previously scheduled report.

Note: This procedure applies when you are viewing the configuration window of an existing report notification.

Deleting a Scheduled Report Notification

1. Access the Notification Configuration

Open the specific report and go to the notifications or scheduling management section. If you are editing an existing notification, you should see the configuration screen (loaded via ajax/popup/subscriptions.php).

2. Locate the Deletion Section

Within the notification configuration window, scroll to the bottom. You will find a section highlighted in red (an alert alert-danger) dedicated to deletion.

3. Click on "Delete Notification"

Inside this section, click the red button labeled:

Delete Notification

(It may be accompanied by a trash can icon: <i class="fas fa-trash"></i>).

4. Confirm Deletion

The system will ask you to confirm the action via a dialog box (pop-up). Confirm your choice to permanently remove the report scheduling.

Once confirmed, the scheduled notification will be deleted and you will no longer receive the report via email according to that schedule. The system will display a success message.
