Apply predefined filters for specific status or attributes (e.g., subscription status, UTM, list, user)

This guide explains how to apply specific filters (such as subscription status, UTM, or lists) to customize the data displayed in your report.

These filters are based on the attributes available in the selected data source.

Applying Filters for Status or Specific Attributes

Follow these steps to set up a filter based on a specific attribute (for example, the status of a subscription or a UTM code):

1. Select the Data Source

1. Access the Report section.

2. In the left sidebar, under Create new report, click on the data source you want to analyze (for example, a source related to subscriptions or users).

  • The Configuration panel and preview area will appear in the center of the screen.

2. Add a New Filter

1. Scroll down to the Configuration panel.

2. Locate the section labeled Filters.

3. Under the filters area, click on the dropdown menu and select the + Add option.

4. From the dropdown that appears, select the attribute you want to filter by. Common examples include:

  • Subscription Status
  • UTM
  • List
  • User

3. Configure the Filter

After selecting the attribute, a pop-up window titled Configure filter will appear allowing you to define the exact condition:

1. Choose the Operator: In the first field (which shows the label of the selected attribute), choose the logical operator that defines the relationship between the attribute and the value you are looking for. Common operators include:

  • = (Equal to)
  • != (Not equal to)
  • LIKE (Contains, useful for partial matches)

2. Enter the Value: In the second field (under the label Value...), enter the specific value that must match the condition (for example, if you chose Subscription Status and operator =, you might enter Active).

3. Click on the Save button to apply the filter configuration.

4. View Results

1. Once saved, the filter will appear as a colored "chip" in the Filters section (e.g., Subscription Status = Active).

2. Click on the Refresh button (located at top right header) to recalculate the report and view filtered data.

> Note: To edit an existing filter, click directly on its chip in the Filters section. To remove it, click on the X icon (<i class="fa fa-times chip-remove"></i>) next to the filter name.
