This guide explains how to use quick filters for date ranges available in specific reports. These filters allow you to view data related to predefined periods (such as "Today," "Last 7 days," etc.) without having to manually set the dates.
Procedure for Applying Date Filters
1. Access the desired report
After selecting a data source or a saved report, the system will load the configuration and display section.
2. Locate the Filters section
Scroll down the page until you find the panel titled Filters and sorting.
3. Locate the date field
Within the "Filters and sorting" panel, look for the label related to the date range you want to filter (for example: Registration date, Operation date, Email sent date, etc.).
4. Open the range selector
Click on the input field associated with the date label. A date range selector will open.
5. Select a predefined range
The date range selector usually features a sidebar with predefined options (for example: "Today," "Yesterday," "Last 7 days," "This month," etc.).
- Click on the desired predefined range option.
6. Apply the filter
Once you select the range, the system will close the selector and apply the filter automatically.
7. Refresh the report
Click on the Refresh button (icon ) located in the main header of the report to immediately recalculate data based on the newly selected date range.
> Note: If you want to set a custom date range, use the calendars provided in the range selector to define start and end dates.
