This guide explains how to manually update the data displayed in the report to ensure you are viewing the most recent information or to apply configuration changes.
When settings (such as dimensions, metrics, or filters) are modified, the report updates automatically after a few moments. However, you can force an update at any time.
Updating Data
Follow these steps to update the report data:
1. Access the Report: Make sure you have selected and loaded the report you want to update. The report and the Configurazione panel must be visible in the main area.
2. Locate the Toolbar: Look for the toolbar located above the Configurazione panel and preview area.
3. Click Update: On the right side of the toolbar, locate and click the Aggiorna button.
- The button is identified by a circular arrow icon (<i class="fa fa-refresh"></i>) and the text: Aggiorna.
4. Wait for Loading: The system will start recalculating data. During this process, the report area will display a loading message.
5. View Results: Once loading is complete, visualizations (charts and tables) will be updated with the most recent data.
