This guide explains how to apply a filter to the data displayed in your report, allowing you to narrow down the information based on specific criteria.
Make sure you have already selected a data source and are viewing the Configurazione panel.
Procedure to Add a Filter
1. Locate the Configurazione panel (located in the upper central section of the interface).
2. Within the panel, look for the section labeled Filtri.
3. Click on the dropdown menu showing + Aggiungi under the Filtri section.
4. Select the field (for example, "Data di registrazione", "Stato", "Utente") you want to use to filter the data.
5. A dialog window titled Configura filtro will open. In this window:
a. Select the Operatore (the comparison condition) from the first dropdown menu (for example, Uguale a, Maggiore di, Contiene).
b. Enter the Valore that should be compared with the chosen field's data (for example, "Attivo", "2023-01-01", "Roma").
6. Click the Salva button to apply the filter configuration.
Result
The filter will immediately appear as a "chip" under the Filtri section. The report will automatically update after a few moments to show only data that meets the set condition.
Edit or Remove a Filter
- Edit: Click on the filter chip (for example,
Campo = Valore) to reopen the Configura filtro window and modify its parameters. - Remove: Click on the X icon (the cross) on the filter chip to delete it. The report will update accordingly.
