Activate the use of advanced search conditions (query builder)

This guide explains how to activate and use the field for entering advanced search conditions (Query Builder) within the report configuration.

Note: Advanced search conditions are generally available only for specific data sources, such as Customer reports.


Procedure to Activate Advanced Conditions

1. Select the Data Source

In the left sidebar, under the Create new report section, click on the data source for which you want to apply advanced filters (for example, the "Clienti" source).

2. Access Filters

After selecting the source, scroll down the main page until you find the panel titled Filtri e ordinamento.

3. Activate Advanced Conditions

Within the filters panel, look for the section labeled Condizioni avanzate.

4. Check the Box

Inside this section, check the box next to the option Usa condizioni avanzate.

5. Enter the Search Condition

Once checked, a new text field labeled Condizioni di ricerca will immediately appear. Enter your advanced query string here.

After entering the condition, the report will automatically update to reflect filtered results.
