This procedure shows you how to permanently remove an existing redirect from the system.
Procedure
1. Access the Redirect management section of the platform.
2. Locate the redirect you want to delete within the main table, using the columns: Source URL, Destination URL, Type, and Active.
3. Select the row corresponding to the redirect you want to remove.
- Note: Depending on the interface, you may need to check the box next to the row or click on the row itself.
4. Once the row is selected, look for the grid's standard action button (usually located above or below the table) and click Delete (or Remove).
5. A confirmation window will appear. Click Proceed (or Confirm) to permanently delete the redirect.
6. The redirect will be removed from the table.
Alternative Method (Edit)
If you prefer to delete the redirect by opening its edit tab:
1. In the main table, click on the row of the redirect you want to delete to open the edit screen.
2. Look for the platform's standard action button (usually located at the top or bottom of the edit screen) and click Delete (or Remove).
3. Confirm the action in the dialog window that appears.
