This guide explains how to use time filters to limit the data displayed in a report to a specific date range (for example, to view only registrations that occurred in the last month).
Step-by-Step Procedure
1. Access the Report
Select and open the specific report you want to analyze from the My Reports section or Create New Report in the sidebar.
2. Locate the Filters Panel
Once the report is loaded, scroll down to the panel titled Filters and Sorting.
3. Find the Date Filter
Within the Filters and Sorting panel, look for the field representing the date you want to filter. Common labels include:
- Registration Date
- Expiration Date
- Submission Date
- Operation Date
4. Open the Range Selector
Click on the input field associated with the date label. This will open a date range selector (usually a calendar).
5. Define the Range
Use the selector to set:
- The Start Date (the day from which you want data included).
- The End Date (the day up to which you want data included).
You can also select quick predefined ranges if available.
6. View Results
After selecting the date range, the report will update automatically. The preview section (chart and table) will show only data within the specified time frame.
7. Remove the Filter (Optional)
To remove the date filter, reopen the selector and clear the selected dates, or use the "Clear" option (if present in the date selector). The report will return to displaying all available data.
