Why do it:
To make permanent the changes made to the question, the answer, or related settings.
Procedure:
1. Access the edit screen of the desired question and answer.
2. Make the necessary changes to fields such as Question Title, Question, Answer, or options in the sidebar (such as Status, Tags, or Language).
3. Once changes are complete, look for the save button at the top or bottom of the page.
4. Click the Save Changes button.
> Result: The system will process the data and confirm the save. Changes will be applied immediately.
