Sorting the list of questions by author, question, category, language, date, or status
Why do it:
Sorting the list allows you to quickly find specific questions by organizing the data based on author, entry date, or approval status.
Procedure:
1. Locate the list of questions.
2. To sort the list, click on the header of the column you want to use as the sorting criterion. The available columns are:
- Author
- Question
- Category
- Language
- Entry Date
- Status
3. Click once on the column to sort the data in ascending order (for example, from A to Z, or from oldest to newest date).
4. Click a second time on the same column to reverse the sorting order (descending).
5. An arrow will appear next to the column name to indicate the currently active sorting criterion and direction (ascending or descending).
