  • Creation and Editing: Ability to create new templates from scratch or modify existing ones.
  • List Management: View all templates in a summary table, sortable by name, creation date, or display order.
  • Message Types: Support for two distinct formats:
  • Plain Text: For simple messages without advanced formatting.
  • Formatted: For messages requiring styles, bold text, colors, links, and complex layouts (advanced Rich Text editor).
  • Attachment Management: Ability to associate one or more files (documents, images) with a specific template, which will be automatically included when the template is used.
  • Customizable Subject: Definition of a specific subject line for each template.

How to configure

Template creation occurs through a guided procedure divided into sections, requiring completion of the following fields:

Once saved, the template is immediately available to be called by any feature handling message sending (for example, automation modules, predefined replies in customer support, or bulk sending procedures).

Any changes made to a template are saved immediately and will be reflected in all future processes using that model.
