Description: This tool allows you to define global settings related to the automatic sending of emails from the system and the management of replies.

What is it for? (Practical examples)

Use this tool to ensure consistency and professionalism in all automatic communications sent by the system.

  • Set a standard company signature that is automatically included in all system notifications (e.g., password reset, order confirmations).
  • Define a specific email address (e.g., notifiche@azienda.it) that appears as the sender for all automatic emails, enhancing professional image.
  • Choose whether to automatically archive customer replies to system emails within the internal Messaging Module, centralizing communications.

Main Features

The settings defined in this panel apply to all emails automatically generated by the system (excluding marketing email campaigns managed separately).

  • Reply Management: Allows enabling synchronization of received replies, archiving them in the internal messaging module.
  • Automatic Signature: Enables selecting a predefined signature template to attach at the bottom of all system emails.
  • Sender Identity: Offers the possibility to customize the sender’s email address and name displayed to recipients.
  • Display Mode: Allows choosing whether the displayed sender name should be the name of the user who generated the action (e.g., "Mario Rossi") or the general site/company name.

How to configure

Below are the options available in the Email section of the configuration:

Synchronization with Messaging Module

When reply synchronization is active, any reply to a system email is automatically imported and archived, allowing the team to view complete conversations in one place.

Use of Marketing Senders and Signatures

To set up signatures and custom senders, the module draws directly from signature templates and sender lists registered in the Marketing Module. This ensures sending identities are verified and compliant with company standards.
