Select a recipient (for new conversation)

This guide explains how to start a new conversation and select the recipient to whom you want to send the message.

Step-by-step procedure

1. In the left column, above the list of conversations, click the New Message button.

2. A dropdown menu will open. Select the type of conversation you want to start (for example, Email, SMS, etc.).

  • A new composition area will open in the center of the screen.

3. Locate the field labeled Select Recipient.

4. Start typing the name or email address of the client you want to contact.

5. When the correct recipient appears in the dropdown list, click on their name to select them.

6. If you see the field Conversation Subject (with the placeholder Enter the conversation subject), fill in this field with an appropriate title for the conversation.

7. Once you have selected the recipient and, if necessary, entered the subject, you can proceed to write your message in the text area below.
