This guide will walk you through creating a new conversation and selecting the correct recipient, using the labels present in the user interface.

Selecting the recipient (for a new message)

To start a new conversation, you must first select the message type and then specify who it is addressed to.

Follow these steps:

1. Start a new message:

In the left column, at the top, click the Nuovo messaggio button.

2. Select the type:

From the dropdown menu that appears, select the type of message you intend to send (for example, Email, SMS, etc.).

3. Locate the recipient field:

In the new conversation screen that opens, find the field labeled Seleziona destinatario.

4. Search for and select the recipient:

Click on the field and start typing the first name, last name, or email address of the client you want to contact. The system will show you matching results. Click on the correct recipient's name to select it.

5. Fill in the conversation details:

Complete any additional required fields:

  • Oggetto della conversazione: Enter a brief and clear title for the conversation.
  • Destinatario in copia (CC): (Optional) Add any email addresses in copy.
  • Ricevi le risposte su: (Optional) Select the address where you want to receive the client's replies.

6. Send the message:

After writing the message content in the text area below, click the Invia button to start the conversation.
