This guide explains how to change a conversation from the "Archived" status back to "Ongoing," making it active again in the main list.
Follow these steps to reopen a conversation:
1. Access Archived Conversations
In the conversations panel on the left, click on the trash icon (<i class="fas fa-trash"></i>) or the Archived text in the footer to view the list of closed conversations.
2. Select the Conversation
Click on the row of the conversation you want to reopen.
3. Open the Details Panel
Click on the Details button (usually located at the top right corner of the chat) to open the sidebar with information about the author.
4. Reopen the Conversation
In the details panel, scroll down to find the group of action buttons. Click on the Reopen button (<i class="fa fa-check"></i>).
5. Confirm
The system will reopen the conversation and display a confirmation message: "Conversation reopened."
The conversation will automatically be moved to the Ongoing conversations list.
