This guide explains how to restore a previously archived conversation, making it "In progress" again.
Procedure
1. View Archived Conversations
In the conversation list on the left, click on the Archived icon (trash bin) in the footer to view closed chats.
2. Select the conversation
Click on the archived conversation you want to reopen to load its messages.
3. Open the Details panel
In the conversation header (top right), click the Details button (icon i). The sidebar with author information will open.
4. Access the Reopen action
In the Details panel, scroll to the bottom to find the contact-box-footer section.
Click the green Reopen button (which acts as a dropdown menu).
5. Confirm the reopening
In the dropdown menu that appears, click the Reopen option.
Once the action is confirmed, the conversation will be moved from the "Archived" list to the "In progress" list. You will receive the confirmation message "Conversation reopened.
